Getting started:
You get full access to all features for 30 days. No credit card required to start. At the end of your trial, choose the plan that fits your caseload.
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If your caseload grows, we'll let you know when it's time to move up. We won't lock you out mid-session.
No long-term contracts. Pay month-to-month and cancel anytime.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can archive inactive clients or upgrade your plan—we won't lock you out mid-session.
Every account includes access to our getting-started guides and video tutorials. The cool thing is that it's really not needed. We built the system to be incredibly intuitive.
Switching to Ready Notes
Most providers are up and running within less than an hour. Since Ready Notes can auto-import IFSPs, you don't need to manually re-enter your existing caseload. Just upload the forms you already have. There's no data migration headache, and we're here to help if you get stuck.
Yes. Our IFSP auto-import reads your PDF documents and extracts demographics, outcomes, and guardian information automatically. You can also manually add clients if needed.

Before each session, Ready Notes shows you a summary of your last visit and suggests target outcomes and activities for the next visit based on the child's previous visits.

Yes. Our eSignature system is HIPAA-compliant and creates a tamper-proof record. Once signed, documents cannot be edited, protecting both you and the families you serve.
Parents can even sign documents from their automated parent portal where they also have access to helpful resources.
