Remembering the dog's name—families notice that. Ready Notes helps me keep track.

It would sometimes take me 45 minutes to set up each new client. Now I can setup 5 clients in a couple of minutes.

FAQ
Got questions?
We have answers
We understand you might have a few questions. Here are some common ones we've addressed for you.
Ready Notes was built for and by Louisiana Early Steps providers to automate our busy work! Now it's available for all of you too 🙂
Ready Notes uses advanced HIPAA compliant smart features that reads both typed and handwritten text on IFSP forms. It extracts client demographics, caregiver information, outcomes, and service authorizations automatically. You'll always have a chance to review and confirm the imported data before saving, but most providers find they're just clicking "confirm" rather than making corrections. For messy or unusual forms, the system flags anything it's uncertain about so nothing slips through.
Yes. We take PHI protection seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on HIPAA-compliant cloud infrastructure, and we maintain proper Business Associate Agreements. Your clients' information is protected with the same security standards used by major healthcare systems. We're happy to provide our BAA and security documentation before you sign up.
Most providers are up and running within less than an hour. Since Ready Notes can auto-import IFSPs, you don't need to manually re-enter your existing caseload. Just upload the forms you already have. There's no data migration headache, and we're here to help if you get stuck.
We're testing the one-click billing feature now and will have it live very soon. We focused initially on the documentation and visit preparation side: auto-importing IFSPs, generating AI visit plans, and helping you write better notes faster.
Automation is amazing

Switching to Ready Notes was one of the best decisions I've made. It's so easy to prepare for a session with a child now.
